Cash Davis

Director of Project Management

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Cash is highly skilled in leading diverse projects from inception to completion. Having spent 10 years on job sites and 5 years in management, he has developed extensive expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Cash excels in overseeing schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficient project execution. His strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, and risk management allows him to optimize resources, mitigate challenges, and deliver high-quality results on time. Driven to succeed, Cash is deeply committed to exceeding customer expectations while consistently upholding quality, integrity, transparency, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Jerry Fournier

Director of Operations

Jerry is a seasoned construction professional with 50 years of experience in the Greater Bay Area, working with many of Silicon Valley’s top companies. A licensed California General Contractor since 1982, he has led field operations, budget oversight, and project management across all phases. Jerry has hired and trained hundreds of industry professionals and is well-versed in safety, COVID, and hazmat protocols. His expertise spans life science, offices, labs, clean rooms, site work, and ground-up construction, specializing in occupied buildings. Over his career, Jerry has been instrumental in building millions of square feet of projects, while ensuring cost-effective solutions. With strong relationships across the Bay Area, he excels in optimizing workflows and resources for efficient project execution. 

Wesley Van-Pelt

Director of Maintenance

With over a decade of experience in construction, Wes specialized in overseeing facility maintenance projects for clients. Rooted in the Bay Area, he leverages local insights and a leadership style focused on growth and accountability through ‘Extreme Ownership.’ Wes manages maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all regulations. His expertise in preventative maintenance, facility optimization, and team coordination makes him a trusted leader in the industry. Wes blends innovation with tradition, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service while continuously developing a talented team and contributing to the community.

Chris Floyd

Director of Project Coordination

Chris brings extensive experience and expertise in supporting project coordination across various construction sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time while cultivating strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Raised in Oakland, his local ties provide valuable insights into the area’s construction needs. Chris’s hands-on field experience allows him to effectively manage coordination, oversee subcontractors, anticipate challenges, and ensure execution. Nathan Gilmer

General Superintendent / Director of Safety

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Nathan has risen through the ranks, starting as a laborer and advancing to his current role as General Superintendent and Director of Safety. Nathan oversees all phases of project execution, ensuring that every aspect is completed efficiently and on schedule. His extensive experience across various environments has equipped him with the adaptability and problem-solving skills necessary to handle complex challenges. As Director of Safety, Nathan makes safety a top priority, rigorously enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Well-liked by city inspectors and design teams for his transparency and work ethic, Nathan is motivated to be the best in his field.

Teresa Perez

Office Manager

Teresa is an experienced Office Manager with a proven track record of supporting efficient office operations. Chief Bark Officer
