A licensed California General Contractor since 1982, he has led field operations, budget oversight, and project management across all phases. Jerry has hired and trained hundreds of industry professionals and is well-versed in safety, COVID, and hazmat protocols. His expertise spans life science, offices, labs, clean rooms, site work, and ground-up construction, specializing in occupied buildings. Over his career, Jerry has been instrumental in building millions of square feet of projects, while ensuring cost-effective solutions. With strong relationships across the Bay Area, he excels in optimizing workflows and resources for efficient project execution.
With over a decade of experience in construction, Wes specialized in overseeing facility maintenance projects for clients. Rooted in the Bay Area, he leverages local insights and a leadership style focused on growth and accountability through ‘Extreme Ownership.’ Wes manages maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all regulations.
